2026 North Carolina Friendlies

The North Carolina Friendlies provide NJODP teams with a unique opportunity to compete against top ODP programs from the southern states, including Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. This highly competitive event allows players to test their skills against strong opponents while further developing their tactical and technical abilities in a challenging environment.

Event Details:

• Date: January 3rd and 4th 
• Location: Charlotte, NC (boys) and Asheboro, NC (girls)

• Boys January ODP Subregional Event

  • Mecklenburg County Sportsplex (5 Turf Fields) and OrthoCarolina Sportsplex (5 Turf Fields) – CHARLOTTE, NC (Complexes are 22 minutes apart)

   

  Girls January ODP Subregional Event

  • Zoo City Sportsplex (8 Turf Fields) – ASHEBORO, NC (this is center of the state)

   

• Opponents: Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and West Virginia ODP teams
• Accommodation: Hotel stay is required (details to be provided closer to the event)
• TeamSnap Attendance Deadline: October 31st – Players must confirm their availability by this date to ensure proper planning and logistics.

Players and families are encouraged to review their schedules and confirm their attendance via TeamSnap before the deadline to facilitate smooth travel and accommodation arrangements.
