These clubs are recognizing NJYS ODP as supplemental training that is designed NOT to compete with the club experience, while also giving players opportunities to represent their state in state-wide and inter-state identification and competition. In addition, participating in the foundation building Young Olympians Program provides a pre-ODP opportunity for 10U and 11U players.

- Opportunity to recommend players for NJYS ODP
- Access to ODP and Club Development opportunities (e.g. webinars, forums*)
(In 2023-2024, we envision hosting at least one ODP webinar to share player development strategies and one forum for clubs discuss ODP programming in an open exchange format.)
